We are South India Fresh, a unit of Orchid Farmer Produce Organisation (FPO) registered under the Indian Companies Act, engaged in the activity of Production, Harvesting, Processing, Procurement, Grading, Pooling, Handling, Marketing, Selling, and Export of Organic Agricultural Produce of Member Farmers.

We act as a link between Farmers and End Consumers, enabling Farmers to get fair prices for their produce and End Consumers to get best quality, organic produce at affordable prices.

From Farmers to your Doorstep at a reasonable price

Only good quality of Mangoes will be chosen from the well maintained orchards. Initial grading of fruits by removing immature, damaged and ripened fruits

After hot water treatment, graded mangos are allowed to pre-cooling for 3 hour at 15-16°C

The cleaning and washing of graded fruits are done through automated washing system with overhead sprayers and smooth rotating brushes to clean and wash the fruits

Quality checking will be carried out and rejected fruits are removed from the crates

Then ripening treatment is done for 24 hours at Ethylene concentration of 100 ppm, relative humidity of 90-95 % at different temperatures for different varieties

In grading, mangoes are separated into different classes according to size and weight

Desapping will be carried out on specialized desapping table for 30 minutes

After the treatment, the fruits are passed through air dryer to remove the moisture on the surface of fruits

Transported in a clean and hygienic vehicles to the pack house accredited by APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) & NPPQO

Each graded mango is placed into soft, expandable foam sheet and netted sleeves to prevent bruising of fruit and then packed in packages and shipped to the desired destinations

The crates with healthy fruits are stacked in pre-processing storage under cool condition until moved for processing
